THE JOB

Position: Draftsman

Hiring Manager: GM

Salary: Attractive package based on candidate profile

Knowledge & Skills:

  • The ideal Candidate should have exposure in working of MEP services.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of MEP.
  • Strong Team leadership and Management Skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if situation demands.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
  • Strong skills in AutoCAD 2D.
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD 3D and Revit MEP will be an advantage.

THE METHOD

First Round
A 30-45 minute first interview to understand the candidate’s background and possibly, talk through case studies.

Second Round
One to one meeting with the Hiring manager and members of the executive team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for design and drafting of MEP drawings of buildings and infrastructure works
  • Prepare coordinated drawings of all MEP services.
  • Quantity take-off from drawings
  • Prepare quantity schedules and measurements for analysis by engineering team
  • Preparation of as-built drawing which can include site surveys.
  • Participate in management and daily operations of drawing office

THE JOB

Position: Consulting Engineer – Mechanical

Hiring Manager: GM

Salary: Attractive package based on candidate profile

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Bachelor degree (BEng) in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Candidate should have already secured eligibility for registration with CRPE.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Consultancy for Public Health and Mechanical services.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Good technical knowledge in a building’s Public Health and Mechanical services.
  • Able to handle pressure and work within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in CAD/BIM will be an advantage.

THE METHOD

First Round

  • Investigate and report to Clients on feasibility/benefits of a project.
  • Provide detailed design and preparation of tender/contract documents.
  • Analyse and evaluate Tenders.
  • Provide follow-up on- and off-site during construction.
  • Inspect and sign-off of Works, Commissioning of systems, and Resolution of final account.

  • Bachelor degree (BEng) in Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Candidate should have already secured eligibility for registration with CRPE
  • At least 8 years experience in Consultancy for Public Health and Mechanical services.
